How we came to RALY

It started following a conversation in the Leon in Battersea Powerstation. We discussed the idea of starting a business together as friends. We wanted to find out what we would learn, who we might meet and the timing felt right. With a passion for sport, fashion and events we landed on padel as a possible ‘space’ to try and build something. It was new and exciting in this country and we both had played it a few times when seeing our friends in Spain. Our sense was there was an ‘opportunity’ in the space but we were not sure what that would be. We just knew that padel was fresh, up and coming and ticked our passions.

As a 2 we had the skills to build a brand from our careers to date. But lacked the fashion buying and creative know-how to execute it.

We left Leon, Pat immediately texted Lucy and Noah, two family friends, we met the following week at the pub and have been on a mission since.
